A Little About Us

Tiny Miracles was born in July 2021 after years of owner Monica Davis working with young families throughout Connecticut.  Many people do not know what a Doula or a Newborn Care Specialist is, and she was one of them!  Once she discovered this role she knew how vital this type of care was for families and that this was what she was born to do.  She quickly became too busy to help all of the families who reached out to her, and so she developed a small team of doulas to work side by side with her.  This also allowed Tiny Miracles to reach a broader area and help even more families across the state!

Tiny Miracles doulas all feel just as passionately about helping families to thrive and feel empowered during both birth and postpartum as she does.  These doulas all have CPR and First Aid training, are insured, and have received specialized training as Birth Doulas, Lactation Educators, Newborn Care Specialists or Postpartum Doulas.  They work together to gather reliable resources to pass on to families and to provide attentive care during this vulnerable yet exciting time in their lives.
